Location was very convenient for the Metro and in spitting distance of the Financial Centre Metro stop. Just 30 minutes door-to-door to the airport. Swimming pool was closed was a bummer, but shuttle service to sister hotel. I didn't use that."

"The Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai is really lovely hotel. It has the best location with the metro rail situated on the door step. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The rooms are also very spacious. Everybody working here is kind and hospitable. I have to give a special mention to Aicha at the front desk. She is really top class. So kind and friendly and she provided me and my family with excellent service. Its because of people like her that hotels like The Tower plaza are 5 star. Thank you Aicha. Just 1 small issue. Housekeeping needs to improve. There were times i had no towels no water no tissue paper. However everything was great. "
