"This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive. Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it. Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal. However, the friendliness of the staff makes up for this. I’d definitely stay again. "

"We visit the Bournemouth area quite regularly, and particularly enjoy the Sandbanks area. However, the hotels in the locale are limited and quite dated. There is also a lack of apartments to rent. So finding this lovely hideaway in Canford Cliffs, just a short walk from a sandy beach was a real treat. The apartment is very cosy and welcoming, with a nice clean decor and all the conveniences you'd need for a short stay. Restaurants (Baffi pizza is a no-brainer for pizza lovers) and Tesco Express are 2 minutes away. There is a good choice of coffee and also a nice (not cheap) deli. If you fancy a bus, the stop is very close. Nicola is super responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience stress-free. We hope to come back soon!"

"The property was large, airy and bright. The weather was great to have a barbeque which had been set up for us to enjoy in the large garden. The kitchen satisfied our needs. The location is very close to Sandbanks quay and within walking distance of the beach and shops and cafes. The hosts were very responsive. "
