The first floor includes a beautifully designed kitchen with stainless steel pots and pans, a gas range with a skillet cooktop, and ample counter space for meal preparation. The full-size smart fridge with a display screen lets you enjoy cooking shows, stream YouTube, or listen to music while you cook or dine. The living room, bathed in natural light from large windows, features a plush couch that feels like sitting on a cloud and opens to a cozy deck through a large slider, blending indoor and outdoor living. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home ensures smooth streaming and a reliable connection for working from home.

Step outside to the private deck, which features seating for four, a propane grill, a propane fire pit, and an outdoor dining table—perfect for a romantic evening or a quiet family dinner. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a luxurious rain showerhead and wand, and a convenient washer/dryer combo.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite offers a serene sanctuary with a king bed, sumptuous sheets, and ample space to unwind. A dedicated work-from-home area is available if needed, while a private balcony provides breathtaking seasonal views of Far Mill River and the Housatonic, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Absolutely no unwarranted parties or events allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of this will result in eviction with no refund.

- We may request Proof of Identification from any/all guests in the reservation at any time before or during the check-in process. If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.

If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. Do not let your dog loose at any time. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.

Any sign of illegal activities, such as underage drinking or unauthorized parties, will result in instant cancellation, a $500 fine, and no refund.

No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.

Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.

Unapproved late checkouts incur a fee of $100/hour, up to 2 hours, with an additional $500 per day, at the start of each following day.

Smoking inside the unit incurs a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Mailing forgotten items costs $75 plus shipping.

Noise/neighbor complaints: First complaint after quiet hours results in a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of stay, no refund, and full security deposit deduction.

Please only park in the gravel parking area.

Reservation changes are subject to approval. Do not plan to book if you think your dates will change.

Gas Grill & Fire Pit: To prevent fees for fire pit and grill, hosts are not responsible for the fuel included in the gas grill or propane fire pit. Please cover and clean both before you leave if you plan to use them. If not, you will be charged a $50 fee per incident.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up outdoor furniture


Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.

Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.

All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.

All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.

By booking this property, you are required to read through and acknowledge all house rules. Before you book, do not skim through.. Just read them. It will make sure you are a good fit for the property. We don't want to have any problems and neither do you :)
