The adjacent formal dining table presents the perfect spot to participate in a family board game night when you aren't busy indulging in a delicious meal.

The home's old-school kitchen features a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space - making cooking a breeze! Off this space, you'll have access to a private washer/dryer, perfect for refreshing your adventure garb. The home's bedrooms are equally comfortable, ensuring everyone's satisfaction. Additional interior perks include streaming capabilities and internet access.

Outside, relish Shelton's radiant weather in the community's shared pool, or enjoy a simple night in, gathered around the dancing flames in the firepit. Within 20 miles of your stay, visit Jarrell Cove State Park, Mason Lake County Park, the Shelton Performing Arts Center, Jarrell's Cove Marina, and McMicken Island Marine State Park. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely home

We were excited to stay on Harstine Island on July 4th (out third time) however the check in process was bumpy, both provided and backup code to the gate did not work this is a private community so no other way to get in. We attempted to call Vacasa w/o response and local office didn’t answer:( we finally drove in following a golf cart of locals. Home was good, situated in the woods not too far from the pool. Strong WiFi made it easy for my wife to work and kids to stream their shows! Home had almost all necessities and neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.
