Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

The hotel is in total lack of service

We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.
