"The lobby was slammed about an hour after check-in opened, but luckily there was a bar in the lobby where we could kill time. Once the line died down we were able to check-in quickly and the staff who checked us in were very nice even after dealing with such a large rush of folks! It's also so close to the OKC arena and it was the perfect place to stay on gameday."

"The listing said there was a breakfast, fridge and microwave. I expected some condition issues based on price, not to be lied to. They didn't even provide coffee - let alone a muffin & fruit! It doesn't matter what I paid -- I should receive the promised goods. I would have even paid slightly more for a place where we didn't have to leave the property for morning essentials. Hotels.com has not returned, nor acknowledged, my request regarding the issue."

"Everything was almost perfect, the only thing is the stairs are very very slippery so be careful, I learned the hard way! "

"This place was great. The host responded quickly when we had a question. The only thing that we noticed is that the bathroom sink wouldn't drain.Thanks for the wonderful place. It was perfect for our group."

"We rented this place because my mom had a tranplant. The first night was ok but from the second night and on it was a nightmare since the people on the second floor were fighting all night long we were able to hear all kind of words and threatenings. On Wednesday a strong and nasty odor started coming in to the house. That was the reason why we felt the need of leaving that place. And got a room at a hotel. I honestly do no recommend this place at all."

"Unfortunately the hot tub was completely nonfunctional which was the reason we picked this location and it remained unusable through our stay. She tried to suggest that the cold weather was causing it (it was 58 degrees when we arrived) which we knew from experience with hot tubs, was not the case. She claimed someone tried to fix it but to no avail. The toilet upstairs was leaking, the shower in the master was lukewarm and the living room was so cold we had to wear our coats. Outlets in the guest bath didn’t work. The windows were very drafty and when it was windy, the upstairs windows rattled all night. She issued a very small refund as an apology but our stay was less than desirable. The kitchen was decent and there were at least extra blankets, which we needed. Won’t be staying here again sadly. "

"The home is an older home, but super cute and very clean! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept good. We would stay again. Tony was an exceptional host and went above and beyond with my last minute change request. I will certainly consider all of his properties in my future needs. "
