"The room was nice and clean, beds were very comfy and I asked for a fridge,which was in our room when we got there (albeit very small…but it did the job) Parking was fab,loads of spaces. Breakfast was amazing,all the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and happy smiling faces. Reception staff were great along with the bar staff."

"I assumed I would be staying in a hotel reflective of the pictures shared, however our actual accommodation was in some of the side rooms, in a building that was definitely worse-for-wear. Most of the services that we had expected to be part of the amenities came with an extra charge - from using the gym and pool, to changing rooms because our fan was broken in the middle of a heatwave (they ended up giving us another fan for free). "We chose this hotel as it had a restaurant, however on arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed due to a function, but that the bar would be able to provide a meal. We passed the bar on the way to our room & were kindly given a menu to look at. After dropping our luggage we returned to the bar to eat, only to be told that the bar had stopped serving meals due to the function. After a long drive to reach the hotel, we then had to drive out again to find the nearest town to eat. On our...

"We did not realize when booking this room that there wasn’t a lift, which is hard when you were older hauling luggage at the stairs. The room was generally clean, but the furniture was a little beat up. We did hear noise from the pub below, but that might be expected since it was the World Cup. The team was extremely nice and we would stay there again."
