The room was beautiful, the bed were too high and hard to get on, the shower handle fell off while in the shower hard to get it back in to turn off water.. had breakfast early, but the food was mostly gone. And noone there to help us get a silly muffin for the kids.

As soon as we entered the room, there was a bad odor, and the noise from other guests playing loud music made it hard to relax. The food wasn’t great either, but the staff were friendly and accommodating, which was the best part of our stay.

The comfortable ones were the bugs. When asked for another room due to the bugs, the staff directed me to call the manager. Multiple calls were made with no response. The experience peaked with squishing a bug under foot while trying to get ready. Will not be coming back to this location.
