"Excellent"

"Easy to find and access the subway, amazing views, great amenities and toiletries. A great hotel if you want a classic high rise hotel that feels design focused"

"The room was really cute and comefortable. Close to Harajuku and restaurants"

"Just passed through for one night, but absolutely would recommend & would stay again. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were accommodating to my gluten allergy & the rooms were so nice & immaculate. I will absolutely book here again when I return."

"Modern and beautiful. Nice breakfast. Very helpful staff."

"Love its placement. Very central and close to everything"

"Very close to shopping area. Very clean room, and very accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late! Highly recommended"

"I loved the stayed and the staff, and the pod was great, no complaints."

"I loved this hotel except…the lobby turns into a party/social area at night and there is little/no soundproofing in the rooms. So one night my room on the 2nd floor literally vibrated and thumped until the music stopped around 11pm. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and in a great location."

"Excellent!"

"Great location, quieter side of Shinjuku but easy walk to the busy side and station. Also easy to catch a taxi or uber at the hotel if needed. Hotel is older but well maintained."
