The hot springs were really good. The hotel itself seemed a little dated. The restaurant was only available if you reserved in advance. The other restaurant/bar was closed.

Perfect location for surfers Pros: beautiful Oceanside view, walk to beach, nice robes in room for guests, great pool, decent breakfast, friendly check in staff, lots of parking, a few onsite stores Cons: our room was very dated, old carpet and dated bathroom fixtures. Saw some other rooms had updates

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsen is incredible. The ocean views from the rooms are spectacular. Everyday there is a new sample treat to try.

伊豆急下田駅からのシャトルバスがあり、便利だった。夕食に出して頂いたメニューも地元産の食材を使って、おいしくて満腹になりました。 子供用のメニューにもう少し工夫があればなと思います。 部屋の天井に蜘蛛の巣があり、子供が見つけました。清掃の点において、もう少し手が届いていればなと、惜しかったです。 今度は、海水浴シーズンにまた行きたいなと思えました。

今回は、結婚記念日の月で宿泊させて頂きました。予約時にその旨を伝えると、お部屋も最上階の和室にしていただき、手作りのメッセージカードと可愛いお菓子もプレゼントもありました。ありがとうございました。お部屋からの白浜海岸の景色は最高で、翌朝綺麗な日の出も見れて感激しました。年数は経っていますが、綺麗に掃除もされていてとても広いホテルです。温泉も２つの源泉のお風呂で、特に露天風呂がとても広くて良かったです。又伺いたいと思います。
