"The Premier Grand was worth every penny! Simply amazing. It was extremely clean, the customer service was top tier, breakfast buffet was delicious, and the amenities were amazing. I will advise that if you have tattoos, they may need to be covered to access the pool. That didn't bother us though, because we understood it was probably for cultural reasons. The location is perfect! You can walk to the train and they have taxi/uber services. 10/10, would recommend because I would stay here again! "

"Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!"

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

"This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. There is a beverage vending machine and unlimited serve your own alcohol available 24/7. The inside is so pretty and calming and they have a little campsite themed dining area. Our room was very nice with an area to leave your shoes, a big bath with jets, an adjustable...
"The hotel was within walking distance of shinjuku and was within walking distance of public transportation incase I needed to use it. It was a very clean hotel and was in a safe environment. Would recommend staying here if you plan on being out and about a lot and just need a safe place to lay your head at night. "
