"Gym had limited equipment (cable machine, a couple treads and bikes, along with a few free weights) but did the job. Also, there are four laundry machines (both washer and dryers are combined) which you can monitor their availability via your room’s TV. Overall a modern, clean hotel! It was quite the pleasant stay, and it was beneficial being right next to Osaka station (there’s a bridge in the second floor of the station that connects to the mall that leads to the hotel’s 2nd floor entrance)"

"It is super crowded and rooms are very tiny. To me smaller than usual standard room. We stayed at other hotels where we had bigger space washer sink and a ok size bathroom for cheaper"

"Great location, especially if you plan on heading to/from Kyoto and are worried about easy travel itineraries. Check in and check out are efficient and the staff are very attentive. The Granvia Kyoto is a little more luxurious, but this is also a great property and at a more affordable price point. "
