Restaurants and convenience stores were nearby and good. There were interesting streets in which to wander and a nearby shrine that was quiet and lovely. We also enjoyed watching children on their way to school and observing the daily life. "

"The onsen is a great feature after a long walk. There were no facial skin care in the room like the other hotels in Japan. The sink is within the room so you will hear anyone brushing their teeth or blow drying."
