The hotel was situated in the district of Umeda and very close to all the local amenities and train station. The hotel reception were super efficient and always happy to help. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen with an extensive selection of both local and western cuisine . The waiting staff were super professional. I would definitely stay there again.

The room is clean. There are amenities available in the lobby like toothbrushes, drip coffee, shaver and other useful items. In the lobby is the only microwave in the entire hotel where you can heat up foods you purchased in konbini or grocery stores. The hotel is very close to the mall, konbini, restaurants, and train stations. We’d be back here. Thank you!

The location was perfect within easy walking distance to train station and restaurants. When we arrived we asked to change our room as it was tiny. We were told in order to change it would cost up almost twice as much as the original booking. The staff were rigid in their response. As we were there for 8 nights and only room for one chair it was very disappointing.

Great location, close to train stations and shopping malls. The staff were very friendly, with basic ammenities provided after check in. The cafe attached to the hotel served great food at a lower cost than the hotel buffet for breakfast. The room was slightly smaller than others we have had in our Japan travels, so it was a tight squeeze for my family of 4, however the lovely deep bath compensated for this. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for the first time in Japan. The staff was amazing, the food was great with an amazing breakfast and we picked a larger room, which was great for our family of four. Location is superb. We’ll miss this hotel for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Quite a large hotel compared to others we used in Japan. Room was great, but as we experienced at other hotels there wasn't really a lot of room to put clothes and very thin toilet paper. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location was good for how close it is to the main station, however for us it was a little too busy, mainly at weekends when trying to get dinner.
