Great that the tv screen mirrors my phone — first hotel on my trip that can do that. Staff was helpful especially coming back to me the next day with good advise after my first failed and a tad frustrating query the night before. Great price on this app for the hotel "

"The location was excellent for our purposes since we like to walk, we’re not with a group and the sites we were interested in seeing were close by The staff was helpful and we were pleased that the concierge was able to cancel a trip to the island because of the heavy rain. The views from our window were lovely overlooking the mountains and even the castle nearby. However , the room itself lacked the charm of other Japanese hotels we had stayed in. Also , for a hotel this size we expected that there would be a coffee shop or area where we could have a light breakfast and not only have a buffet breakfast available. We ended up walking in heavy rain to finally find a charming restaurant for a light breakfast"
