"Rooms were exceptionally clean with beautiful views of the city and bay. They are also quite large for Japan. (We had 2 King bed rooms.) housekeeping was also excellent! We had the daily breakfast which offered a nice selection of Japanese and Western dishes and service was excellent! In fact, every employee we encountered was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Yokohama. The Minatomirai station is close by and there are several restaurant and...

"Very clean and quiet property. Staff was helpful and kind. Located in beautiful neighborhood close to everything."

"We loved our stay! The hotel was so close to Yokohama and the instructions with pictures on their website made it super easy to get to. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed including a cable bag in case you forget yours. We stayed in a king room and it was so very comfortable and spacious! There's heaps of shopping and food around. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!"

"Lovely comfy and clean room, which was huge compared to the rooms in the rest of Japan we have stayed at. The view from the room was lovely too. Would have preferred a dedicated shower rather than over the bath, but the rest of the amenities such as free coffee was brilliant. Staff perhaps a little less warm and friendly than other places we have stayed, but a minor criticism. Would recommend for Yokohama!"

"Great price for the roomy room"
