"非常乾淨，空間非常寬敞，什麼東西都幫你準備好了，地點位置也很棒，一樓還有飲料跟零食可以免費享用，非常值得入住💯"

"Great staff and beautiful room. Room was huge!"

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"Highly recommend, especially for first time travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is thoughtfully mapped, rooms were well designed and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Be sure to check out the breakfast (you save ¥200 if you book night before). Super easy walk (albeit takes a few times to navigate properly) to a major hub. Walkable to Ueno Park, Asakusa, and Jimbocho."

"This has been my go-to hotel when staying in Tokyo across three trips. Great location, breakfast buffet, and sufficient rooms. Main area of improvement would be to have some healthier evening dining options beyond pizza and comfort food."

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer!"

"The bathroom & room were not the cleanest. There was a strange odor in the room when you walk in. There was an air freshener spray that masked the odor but not for long. The walls around the sink were filthy and the room needed a good mop because the floors were dirty."

"I like having washer dryer in the room and location to train station. Air conditioner worked fine"

"We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay."

"Staffs are friendly Shops are very convenient nearby, such as family mart, and restaurant and to subway station."

"Great location! Walking distance to the subway station. Surrounded by many restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me receive my parcel on my behalf. Would 100% stay here again, thank you!!"

"No ventilation in bathroom. Convenient and tidy. Nice staff"

"部屋の設備は機能的で、清潔さは保たれていると思った。しかし、手狭であることは否めないと感じた。また機能的であるがゆえに、スタッフと直接コンタクトを取る機会がチェックインとチェックアウトに限られ、それもごく手続き的なことだけであった。このように、ある意味ではサービスが非常に省力化されていた。"

"Everything was amazing, and the location is great! Very close to two stations and it made commuting around Tokyo easy. All the staff was very helpful too!!"
