"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. "I didn’t like anything in this stinky hotel. I booked a super room. They gave a dusty dirty room with broken window, washroom without toilet tissue. They didn’t even have the courtesy to subtract the money for the cost of super room to the ordinary room. Totally unfair financial practice. I will never go back to this hotel and won’t recommend to anyone. "

"Very new and very refreshing to experience the efforts the team have taken to establish this hotel. The staff and team led by Satish are great. For a hotel outside of the major cities, quite impressive. There are 2 restaurants conveniently located within the premises. Expressway is easily accessible. "U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue. Since fridge was not working I asked them chilled water which they did not supply giving flimsy excuses. Overall I did not have good experience "
