The Bay House, 48 Government Road Shoal Bay– 5 bedroom holiday home with Wi-Fi & Foxtel
Open plan, air conditioned, spacious living area with modern quality furnishings throughout with the bonus of extras such as a 65-inch LED Flat Screen TV, Foxtel, Blu-ray DVD, CD Player, and i-Pod docking station. Two dining areas with formal dining adjacent to the main living area with seating for 8 guests. Flowing off this area is the undercover outdoor area with pergola roof, ceiling fan and 6 burner gas BBQ facilities.
A fully equipped kitchen has complete cooking facilities, 6L Airfryer, family size fridge/ freezer, electric stove top, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. At the rear of the house is the second living area which offers a 42-inch Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and comfortable furnishings.
Five bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom having a Smart TV and renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity, and toilet. Renovated main bathroom has a free-standing bath, shower, toilet, vanity, and the luxury for guests in having a powder room with the third toilet. The owner has also provided a port-a-cot and highchair to assist parents travelling with babies and toddlers.
Internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer and fully enclosed back yard is perfect for the children to play. Other features include an automatic double lock-up garage plus drive-way space for 3 cars and all located within 800 metre walking distance to Shoal Bay Beach, Shoal Bay Country Club, foreshore, variety of restaurants and boutique shops.
The Bay House is a quality residence located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. This property is suited to quiet families that will respect the property, area, and the neighbours. Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am and any other day – 10pm to 8am.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
