"This hotel is located at the east exit of Wakayama Station. You can take the lift through an underground tunnel to reach it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is relatively new and clean. Breakfast is not bad and overall, I am quite satisfied!"

"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

"The room was clean but very dim lighting. there was an Elvis statue next to the stair and some kind of pirate statue in front of the door when opened. There was very little shops nearby, it is walkable to the train station."
