"We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. "The property was beautiful and the rooms were large and spacious. The jacuzzi was perfect for a cold night and we really liked they had a steam room and a sauna. Staff was super helpful and Michael from Miami went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all concerns. Very professional. I can’t wait to come back for another stay."

"We did not stay long enough to use the amenities so I can’t speak to those. Our room seemed clean but I feel housekeeping didn’t look around enough as I found wrappers on the bathroom floor and water a bottle cap by the side of the bed, the room seemed clean otherwise. Had to pay for parking or use valet for free, I was not aware of the parking charge until check in. Underground parking all around the property was nice"
