"I made a note that the parents arrive early. They were not given the room. And from my understanding they paid extra fee for another bigger room. I am very frustrated that the hotel didn’t follow the initial communications. Please clarify the financial side of thing. I am not happy about this interaction."

"Overall the room was good for 1 or 2 night stay, the staff quicky checked me in, was super smooth. Room is a very decebt size, the overall hotel is big, and have a store below that is open 24h without staff. Restaurant, small plaza outside across the street. Overall good for easy transportation to airport. "

"10/10. I ended up booking another night for my route back home. Room was very clean, staff friendly, hot tub warm and the pool was lovely to swim some laps. I ordered room service as well and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it and will keep this hotel as a place to go whenever I am in Beijing. The hotel exceeded the photos, beautiful interior. "
