"Staff were very welcoming and nice. A plus for free shuttle to and from Airport as well as Downtown and Aeon Mall. Onsite pharmacy and Family Mart was a plus. Walkable to the airport Terminal 3. Laundry onsite was very good, the dryers a lot better than most hotels dryers. They even have onsite compression services for your goodies that you brought and cheaper than other places."

"This facility was very clean, being that it was a newer establishment. The hotel was well kept; staff were extremely friendly during the check-in and checkout process, answering whatever questions and inquiries or address. There is a comfortable amount of amenities and use of the hotspot at this establishment. Beds were very comfortable and accommodating to smaller families of possibly 3-4. This is a place that I will most likely come back to in the future."

"This is a new hotel which just opened few months ago, overall the service and the cleanliness is excellent , the size of the room is big, we are staying in corner room which has 3 single beds, we can open our luggage freely without any problem, the location is great and there is a shopping centre just downstairs of the hotel and full of choice the restaurant. However, there are only 8 washing/drying machines in the hotel, therefore every night, you need to spot the vacancy of the machine, even though the hotel provides a live status of the washing machine on TV already, however, some guests didn’t pick up their laundry immediately after finish , sometimes even almost 2 hours without picking up ( the worst I saw is 8 hrs), I think the hotel needs to find a way to fix this problem. Secondly, if you need to extend the check out time, you need to pay for that , even you request for 1 hr extension, you need to pay for that as well."

"Hotel was easy to access, friendly, conveniently located, appealing aesthetic, clean and organized with a long list of amenities. Some amenities were restricted if you had visible tattoos therefore I did not get to utilize all this hotel had to offer."
