"They messed up our reservation. After staying up for almost 24 hours, we had no choice but paying a higher rate. Later, I showed another staff member that Expedia sent me an updated confirmation. She spent at least half an hour on the phone with Expedia to find out what had happened. It was their fault, so she refunded me the difference. She was fantastic."

"We rented two rooms with 3-single beds for our family of five. We were there for three nights. The room is a little tight based on American standards but it was cozy. Toilet is in a separate room from the washroom. Staff is friendly but there’s limited resource for bringing luggage to room and checkout. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Housekeeping is daily but linen/bedsheets are not daily due to eco friendly initiative. Surprisingly, they provide clean PJ daily, which was a plus for us. Overall, a good hotel."
