"Good location near subway stations, shops, and restaurants, though the hotel is a little tucked away. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy, and the staff were courteous. The restaurant staff were especially friendly, and breakfast had a good variety. The room was clean, but it looked dated and worn. The carpets were stained and had a musty smell, the linens looked grayish, and there was very little space for luggage. A fresh coat of paint, updated furniture, and new carpets would make a big difference"

"I will definitely be booking here again! This place is clean, staff if sooooo friendly and helpful! It’s 5 min walk to train stations as well as tons of restaurants! Also 10 min walk to Tokyo Dome!!!!! 100% recommended!!!"

"Room was a little small if you are over six feet. Husband's head brushed the ceiling when taking a shower. But bed was comfortable enough for two. Laundry room was a life saver with all the rain and the hotel staff left free water bottles in our room when we were out."
