"good shuttle service to the airport. Great breakfast. Recommend taking local train to Narita city to see the temple and an old city Street."

"Lovely hotel, with a modern warm aesthetic vibe and great location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had great variety along with quality and nice restaurant and bakery facilities. Very pleased with experience."

"Love the, always clean and smells good. But breakfast is boring, same food every morning."

"Great staff, convenient from the airport"

"Very helpful and kind staff."

"Everything was amazing I have traveled to Japan for over 10 years and this Hotel was by far the nicest cleaned and overall the best staff was so friendly and nice we will be staying here from now on"

"Clean and tidy rooms, free shuttle to the airport, buffet breakfast with wide varieties of food. Im a big fan of onsen and public bath. There is a paid public bath (550 yen) at the basement which is rare in airport hotels, but the last entry is 2130."

"The staff was very polite and helpful. You have to pay for breakfast."

"Not bad"
