This was my favorite hotel by far during my 2+ week trip to Asia. The level of service at this hotel is above and beyond what you would expect at any 5-star hotel. The pool and grounds are beautiful, breakfast is delicious and the attention to detail and service at this hotel is amazing. I am happy we stayed at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough.

Pretty much perfect

The level of welcome and service is fantastic, its was just as it should be friendly and attentive without being annoying. Always greeted with a warm smile and a Good Morning. The tour desk sorted all excursions, pick up drop offs as well as any shows. The building is very nice, clean and spacious and being slightly away from the centre of Siem Reap provided a peaceful oasis after a full day climbing temples. Its very hard to find a fault with the hotel and its employees. Thoroughly enjoyed it and they even seamless cater for my elderly parents one of which had mobility issues.

日本人の女性スタッフがいて、安心感もあり、とても親切にしていただきました。浴槽は、あまりきれいではなかったので使用は出来ませんでしたが、シャワーは圧力があり、問題なく使用できました。スタッフの皆様が親切で、とても快適に過ごせました。

ホーチミンから朝に到着しましたが、日本人スタッフの方の丁寧な対応に感謝いたしました。チェックインの時間をかなり早めていただいたり、半日観光の手配などをしていただきました。 また、ロビーの雰囲気も清潔感がありきれいでしたし、イタリアンレストランでの夕食や朝食もとても美味しくいただきました。 またシェムリアップに来たときには、利用したいと思います。

今回、２回目の滞在です。前回は日本人スタッフが2名いましたが、今回は尋ねたところ、今はいないとのことでした。 現地スタッフは皆さん親切で、到着の際にスーツケースの鍵を日本に置き忘れた事を思い出し、壊しても構わないと思い、部屋に荷物を届けてくれたスタッフにチップを渡して相談したところ、すぐに設備スタッフが来てくれて鍵を開けてもらいました（簡単に空いたんで、違う意味で怖くなりましたが...）。

スタッフのホスピタリティー意識が素晴らしい

ホテルのスタッフ皆んながとても感じ良く、常に親切な対応をしてくれるし、部屋もとても広くて心地よかった。特にバスルームがとても広くて使い勝手が良く、心地よかった。 ブュッフェスタイルの朝食も、バラエティ豊かでとても美味しく、毎朝楽しみだった。 どのスタッフも彼らから必ず挨拶や声掛けをしてくれるので、チェックアウトの際、とても寂しく感じるほどどった。 シェムリアップに行く予定の人に、是非にと薦めたいホテル。
