Easy checkin/checkout, easy with the dog also. Very nice scenery, well located, close to the train station, within the walled city. No AC but the there was a decent fan so no sweating at night despite 30C+ weather.

Staff was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. Self check in and Check Out were easy. Staff communicated well, but if you prefer to be left alone, you don't have to interact with anyone at all. Very good for an awkward, anxious North American traveller. Main property, rooms, and hallway were well maintained. I really liked the decor and space provided. However, patio was overgrown, dirty, and unusable except if you need to smoke. Bedding and bathroom were clean; but bed had a corner that sunk and one of the towels had an odd rust stain on it perhaps from the towel rail? I would stay there again if they'd have me. Great value for a last minute nip into Siena for a week.

Clean, functional and perfect for my stay in Siena as very close to the centre and convenient for the Via Francigena. Only one criticism is that the shower room fan stays on far too long (room next door having the same issue). That apart would highly recommend

It was a lovely charming apartement with a cozy and comfortable bed. It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena.

The room was nothing at all like the photos , and it was not clean at all , the owner was terrible in communicating and was so rude. The Person who was cleaning the rooms was very nice, but our towels and bed sheets were not changing every day. The location was good , easily accessible to everywhere.

The property was nice and centrally located. Easy access to the Cathedral and Basilica. We got lucky with parking by finding a spot100 feet from the front door. Didn’t move the car for 3 days. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller. I’m 6-3 and While trying to was my feet I would hit the shower controls and turn the water, hot to cold or off. My wife at 5-2 didn’t have any issues. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay

Amazing property, i was 6 months pregnant and got heat stroke so was acting erratically I needed hospitalization and instead of acting with compassion he told me i was not normal. I did not feel safe

L’hôtel dans un style ancien avec un bel décor. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. La personne à la réception était très professionnel et agréable. Le seul problème pour moi était le bruit de la rue avec des scooters qui passent toute la nuit (pas de double vitrage). Les occupants qui prenaient la douche à 2 h du matin et comme la tuyauterie est ancienne, cela était dérangeant. L’hôtel est bien situé ! Un avantage.

Local maravilhoso. Perto da Estação de trem e ônibus. No centro histórico de Siena. Parece casinha da vovó. Um charme. A única ressalva foi não ter o café da manhã. O proprietário é muito atencioso, apesar de tê-lo visto somente no último dia, ele se comunicava através do WhatsApp, e foi tudo perfeito. Amamos.
