"Nice 3 br 2 ba home. Accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped, with updated appliances. House was cleaned before we arrived, bedrooms were a nice size, beds were very comfortable. Located only 8 minutes from UNR which was perfect. We were only there for 2 days but wish we had more time there but this was a short trip. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. Will like to rent again. Check in and check out instructions were fairly easy."

"Home is great for large family functions. Kitchen was also perfect for cooking family meals. Back yard has a carpet of fake green grass which was wonderful for the grandbabies to run and play. There are no TVs in the other bedrooms except for the master. And they need to put in blankets for each bedroom as there are none in the closets or on the beds. The pool table and the video games in the great room was a great way to keep the kids busy.Seperate living room was large and nice for the adults to relax and chat. Could also use a foldaway babies bed for the smaller humans."

"This townhouse met our needs for a clean, comfortable place to stay near our grandkids. It was easy to find, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe and the location was very convenient to major streets/highways. The house was as depicted in the posting and our host communicated quickly and helpfully. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we visit the grandkids."

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. The children loved the game room, the basketball court and the big tub in the master bath. Unfortunately the hot tub was not usable on our stay. Regardless, the property was amazing, the kitchen was very useful and the many spaces throughout the house for conversations and play were perfect for our stay"

"We had the best girls retreat weekend! The house was perfect for hosting a medium size group of us girls for our spa retreat. We had lots of space to spread out and relax and or chat, the kitchen was a beautiful and has plenty to offer."

"The house was just fine. Beds comfortable. The kitchen was in need of dishes and equipment. There were only 4 cereal/soup bowls, no small/dessert plates, no mixing bowls, no salad spinner, no potato masher or small (8”) fry pan. It just made cooking at home a little more difficult. Otherwise a very nice stay. "
