Condo# 321 2 Bed/2 bath Condo Steps to Siesta Key Beach!

The unit is newly furnished in a beachy style perfect for a vacation on Siesta Key, consistently rated one of the 10 best beaches in the US and three times voted "#1". It very comfortably accommodates 6, having two bedrooms, one with a queen size and one with twin beds, two bathrooms one with a tub the other with a shower, a large living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The living room opens to a screened lanai with a view of the beach and overlooks the heated pool. Personal WiFi and new voice activated flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the two bedrooms room provide cable viewing and easy streaming.
Guests are welcome to use the pool, grills and the Club Room with exercise equipment and pool and ping-pong tables. Beach chairs, an umbrella, blanket and a wagon are available from our unit locker unit on the ground floor.
The Condo is across the street from the main beach access and public tennis courts and is less than 1 mile from quaint Siesta Village with its many restaurants and shops. The free Breeze Trolley stops in front of the Condo for the short ride to the village or many other beach accesses and points of interest.

Great location

Stayed during busy spring break week. Public beach across the street. Pool was warm. The village was 1 mile away - could wait for free trolly/bus ride (stop in front of building) or easy walk. The condo was as pictured, no surprises except carpet was a bit worn. Kitchen had everything needed and downstairs closet had lots of beach gear to use. Only complaint was there was no keypad and had to use keys, which needed to be coordinated. Pay laundry on same floor, 1 parking spot and nice balcony. Had everything we needed.

Excellent condo, great location

This was our 4th stay in Siesta Key and the condo was fantastic. The condo is very well kitted out with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, lots of beach items in a separate lock up and great communal laundry facilities. We arrived outside of office hours and were able to locate keys to gain access. Just a 20 minute walk to the village and opposite the beach.

At first, we thought the appliances and furnitures were dated. It did not help that the photos were also lacking good lighting. Our family took a leap of faith based on the good reviews we read. We did not regret our decision to rent this property. It's clean and their amenities are just what we're looking for. The kids love that they have their own single beds to sleep on. The space is more than enough for our family of 6 and having 2 bathrooms is a breeze when people need to use them to shower at the same time. The bonus cart, beach chair, mats, cooler provided are a big help. The beach is across the road. We walked there everyday. The distance from the sand to the beach is quite long but I'm glad the public beach thought of putting a walkway that will help with carrying or transporting your beach paraphernalia. When time on the beach is over, the kids will use the property pool, which is also clean and warm. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and if we come back to the area again, we will not have second thought of renting this property once again.

Its a very nice place and relaxing. It was pretty close to the beach. I did not like that the pool closed at dusk. It was so hot during the day you wanted to swim in it at dusk and thats when they closed it.

Close to Beach

Great location right across from the beach. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evenings. Trolley stop on the corner so easy access to Siesta Key Village.

Since we flew into the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (SRQ) and decided not to rent a car, we took an Uber to our property. Once on our property, we were thrilled that the local (free) Trolley and various other transportation means took us everywhere on the Key. We loved our condo...with balcony, pool access, beach equipment...including a wagon...and we just loaded up everything and walked across the street to the most amazing beach...so beautiful. The office personal at our complex was very helpful and friendly, as well. There were restaurants and retail up and down the key...all accessible using the free trolley. We'd be thrilled to return... We tell our friends that it was the perfect beach holiday!

Wonderful property. Will stay there again. Only thing that would be a good idea is to have the two seat couch be a full size couch for more seating. We will stay here again. Love this property and area very much !

Ideal location!

The location of La Siesta is ideal. Directly across from the main beach, it’s a quick walk to all the amenities you’ll find there- from a store with beach items you may have forgotten, to a snack bar serving ice cream, food and adult beverages. The only downside of this beach is the crowd. Since the parking lot is largest here, it is very crowded. The length of sand from lot to water is also the longest here, so it’s a bit of a hike to get to the waters edge. If you’re willing to walk north a few blocks you’ll find a shorter beach and fewer people. Overall the water is crystal clear and the sand is soft and never hot. The condo itself was a great size for our family of 5. The overall cleanliness was fair although I do have high standards for accommodations- I found myself wiping down the ceiling fans when we arrived. Be sure to inquire about the storage unit on the ground floor offering a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys etc. I only knew about this from reading a review here as the front desk never mentioned it at check in.

Amazing location

This condo is everything you need! Right across from the main beach entrance. Just a short walk to the Siesta Village. The host even had a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use! The condo was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of room for us all. Nice size closets storage for all your clothes! Outdoor patio was nice and all screened in to keep bugs and critters from you! Would highly recommend and will be back in the future!
