The upstairs bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase; please contact us if stairs are an issue. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for a seamless first couple of nights. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
