The staff was great was communication and very helpful. Off-street secure parking was good. Close transport links into Florence was great. The rooms were good and clean. A great place to stay.

Contact prior via Expedia messaging did not work. Host Whatsapp me on day of arrival. Everything at check-in was smooth. We had and issue with smelly shower drains and was sorted promptly. Pretty decent accomodation within walking distance of signa station and 17 min train ride to Florence. My only gripe was cleanliness of the floor could have been better
