Francesco at the front desk took great care of us, providing several area recommendations, and helping us resolve some upcoming travel issues. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh options. We enjoyed our visit in St. Moritz and gladly recommend the Crystal to other travelers."

"Great view! Hotel overlooks the lake. Lovely. BUT! The hotel advertised a train shuttle. Sent messages days before - no response! Called upon arrival and got an automated message saying they were not available! So got a taxi. With construction there was no other way to reach the hotel. No help with luggage upon arrival! Not even an offer and we are both elderly. No help at departure either. Room had a great view but a small bottle of lotion and conditioner and a kettle. Bare minimum for over...

"Hotel has just been remodeled and it’s beautiful. Rooms are pleasant except we stayed in July and the room was warm and duvet on bed was very thick. The spa was great and very comfortable!"

"I thought it was walkable from the train station but very uphill and stairs involved so with luggage needed a taxi even though it was only a few minutes away. Pizza/fondue restaurant attached was excellent!!! No air so rather warm in july but otherwise a good value for what you pay"
