The walls, doors, mirrors, and tub were filthy! The drawers wouldn’t open. There was a message written in the dust on the top of the fridge from previous guests. We felt itchy and left after one night. The young lady at the counter was a sweetheart, though. Check in and out was almost too easy.

Cant really complain for a decently cheap stay and good staff, but the property defiantly needs a little more TLC in the repairs and maintenance. Property was open and quiet. No one bothered us so it seemed an ok area.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The new management is taking very good care of their customers and making it a comfortable place to stay. The room itself and bathroom was very clean. It is very quite and convenient to near by restaurants. The coffee in room was great. I will return next time when i go through this route, I highly recommended this place!!

Adequate for the price

Considering the price of the room, it was adequate. Thankfully it was a cooler weekend (the previous week had been uncharacteristically warm) or we would have had to move rooms due to an inadequate air conditioning unit. That being said, it was a clean room and the bed was comfortable. The motel is convenient to the interstate and the main road into Sikeston. Our room was at the far end of the motel, so away from any interstate noise.

Great stay for a night on a long road trip. The room was not updated and the appliances didn't fit in the compartments built into the old furniture in the room. The shower was a strange situation as it was walk in but the curtain was built for a tub which resulted in water all over the floor. However it didn't really affect me since I was leaving and the appliances were newer (which I'm sure is why they didn't fit inside the spaces in the furniture) and functional. The room was clean, there were no bugs, the bed was super comfortable, I slept well there.

EPIC FAILURE!

Since I got a discount rate thru the app they definitely gave me the 'discount rate' room I stayed just last week ago at regular rate and the room was much nicer, cleaner, and much more care was put into than the 'discount rate' room had been given. The service not fantastic either time. Also NO ICE and NO TV on both stays.
