I like to stay here beacuse of the hot spring water pools, I have stayed here many many times , and in the past my experienceses have been alot better than the last 7 recent stays. Before you were allowed to bring snacks and food with you, and also allowed to checked out of the room, but keep usinging the facilities until 5pm. My last stayed here was in march 2025, It happed to me again that as I am going into the hotel I got stopped and my luggage is being seach for food, I have stayed at much much better and fancy hotels and they have never probhibited me from carring food or snacks. The hotel does have a restaurant and on weekend the food is good but on weekdays is completely different.and why should you be pushed to buy their few selections of food. Specially When staying with children they need snacks.When I get seached I feel intiminated ,and like a criminal, not even when I cross the boarder back to the usa I get seached that way. Hope they change their policy ,And treat their guess better, like regular peolple rather that smugglers.

La habitación, sin internet, la cama sucia, las llaves se desprogramaban, el baño no servía, el personal de la recepción no atendía, no hasta que llegó una persona con más rango que nos ofreció cambiar la de habitación pero no había una similar y nos ofrecieron bajar de categoría para cambiarnos, la Pantalla no respondía, el ruido de su evento para la noche no nos dejaba dormir, al final llegamos a un acuerdo entre la gerente en turno y nosotros pero fue una pésima experiencia, Nos compensaron dejándonos salir más tarde un par de horas y nos invitaron la cena y el desayuno pero el Coraje fueron 10 cosas en menos de una hora… el Hotel muy descuidado, las albercas me dio tristeza verlas me corte el pie en la alberca …
La Regadera regaba todo el baño no solo la bañera

las habitaciones no funciona el aire acondicionado, se moja, se reporto y lo dejaron peor, el inodoro no se va el agua, no hicieron la antihigienica recomendacion de no depocitar el papel alli ( es biodegradable) pero igual no se iba el agua y al contrario tambien al arreglarlo solo hicieron que se tirara el agua del deposito. Mis familiares se cortaron el pie en la alberca porque hay muchos azulejos rotos. lo peor son las habitaciones el resto esta aceptable.pero cuidado con la alberca, veo que muchos van por terapia del agua, pero si son diabeticos cuidado pueden salir sin un pie por una lesion con el azulejo de las albercas
