"This was an affordable option for me for a week in Manhattan. I was little nervous about the check in process and what to expect, but everything was seamless. Communication from the hotel was great. This a VERY basic hotel and there are definitely no frills, but the room was room was perfectly fine. Clean. No closet and no dresser. No maid service unless you pay extra. You can get fresh towels and linens on your own from the basement. A bit noisy on the weekend nights (I was on the 2nd floor), but nothing I couldn't tolerate. Contrary to what I had read there is always someone at the front desk and they were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation."
