"Staff and service where the bedt, they always helped me with my location, recomendations, luggage, etc
We walk to visit diferent places and the location of the hotel was the best"
"Very unique room experience. It felt like a loft. Loved the giant picture window. The room settings (lights/AC) had a learning curve as everything is controlled via a mini iPad but the hotel staff was super helpful. "
"Wonderful that they provide free coffee and pastries in the morning and tea and lemon water during the day. Just made anytime spent in the hotel nicer and more comfortable. "
"The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to a lot of subway lines for frequent travel through the city, stores, and places to eat. Overall an excellent place to stay. Some notes that I didn’t realize before booking that’s not a big deal but good to know. While you do have your own room that locks there is no real roof so if you’re a light sleeper, that may be a problem as you could hear someone in the middle of the night. There is no elevator, and they don’t provide shower shoes. Overall a great place to stay and I look forward to coming back I can’t recommend it enough."
"The room was very nice and had plenty of storage to stow away my stuff. Loved the view! Staff was also extremely helpful. I’m definitely coming back next time "
