"Remote place, without neighbors. But you directly have access to the slope. So in the morning after breakfast one can go directly skiing. The hut has everything needed in the kitchen, good equipped. Wooden stove works great and heat up the hut perfectly. We had no problems with electricity using the solar panels, but also we didn't used much. Warm water is a big plus. The surrounding area is great.
We been with 4 kids (4-8 years). They all managed to get up to the hut from parking alone....

"The apartment is perfectly prepared for a stay for two people (or 4 as there was a huge sofa bed of very high quality) in a wonderful town amongst breathtaking scenery. Although the apartment is in a building that appears a little tired and dated, the accommodation itself seems recently renovated. "Great location, it had everything we needed. Right in the heart of the old part of Chur, easy walking distance to everything.. nice comfy bed & very clean, easy to get in to the apartment too. The sofa had quite a few stains & the headboard could do with a hoover but otherwise lovely."
