"The location of the Inn is ideal. About a block to the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park main street. However the property itself shows signs of wear. The bedrooms are small and have uncomfortable beds. The room was very dusty and did not look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There is not a bathroom in the room, you have to use a shared bathroom with other guests. Over all the location is great but the property itself needs to be remodeled and cleaned. "

"We requested a pet-friendly room which we were given. Very clean room but I would’ve liked more lighting . King-size bed was comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was yummy-especially the homemade quiches!"

"We had the BEST time at this location for my cozy and coastal Bachelorette weekend. The host was very responsive and was available for all support before, throughout and after the weekend. Location wise - it is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore a combination of the beach, downtown Asbury and neighboring towns. Would certainly come back for a future getaway! "

"Nice little hotel next to the beach. A little old and needing some upgrades. The staff was nice and always available by text or phone. Nice breakfast provided. The only downside are the stairs you have to take to the rooms. Narrow space and if you are taking luggage up the stairs can be tricky and kinda scary. So if you aren’t comfortable taking stairs I would say skip or get a room in one of the lower floors. Unfortunately I was on the top floor. If I do stay there again definitely requesting a room on the second floor. "
