"What a welcoming, quiet refuge tucked into the woods! The big windows framed gorgeous autumn colors and it was still mild enough to enjoy my coffee on the outside little table that was in early morning sunlight. Everything was clean and fresh! Really appreciated the down comforter and pillows on the VERY comfy bed. Both kitties (Jaxon and Jipsy) paid polite visits at the door… what purring love bugs! Meleana was a prompt and warm host in our interactions. I enjoyed my stay and will not hesitate to recommend to others!"

"Ok the owner was amazing to deal with. I had royally screwed up my reservation which was all my fault and she was over the top fair and accommodating and it was a massive relief. I love this place. The town is amazing and the people are sweet. Very safe. Plus it was very clean."

"The cabin was clean and full of all the necessary things, the view was beautiful from the cabin but only a short walk away they have a nice private beach with chairs and fire pits. Also an apple orchid. Great spot."

"The Birkwood Cottage was just perfect. Great location to explore Kaslo. Parking right outside. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, including patio seating which offers gorgeous views of the mountains. Getting checked in and out was also very simple."

"The unit is beautiful and clean, but in the back of the building. You can not see out the windows as they have a coating on them. We did not like this. The air exchanger is in the bedroom closet, so you hear it all night long. The host was very responsive to my questions."
