premetto che ho soggiornato una sola notte però se mi capitasse di ritornare da quelle parti senz'altro vi ritornerei. la stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e la colazione senz'altro soddisfacente, certo la struttura nel suo complesso non è tenuta molto bene a parte la facciata esterna da dove si vede la piscina. l'interno del cortile da dove si accede alle camere è fatiscente ed andrebbe migliorato notevolmente

Great value for money in the Tuscan countryside

Amazing small countryside hotel in Tuscany, a medieval 14th century castle like setting with 15 rooms, pool, and small lounge, friendly staff, with limited services, but wifi/ac worked, pool area was nice, as was the grounds, just off autostrata, minutes to grocery, casual dining, outlet mall and the views were of the stunning Tuscan countryside and mountain towns. If windows open, you would hear some traffic noise, but if closed it was peaceful, our only negative was the sign for the La Pia Dama was low on the roadside and not noticeable quickly as we drove by it twice, both times looking at the quaint building we would eventually stay at. value for money was outstanding for the room and breakfast received.

Ottimo soggiorno

La struttura è molto bella, ottima posizione vicinissima all’ uscita della superstrada. Centrale per visitare molti paesini caratteristici della zona. Fatto velocemente il check-in, ci hanno portato subito alla stupenda camera in stile antico e ci hanno offerto anche un delizioso aperitivo. La colazione è varia e abbondante. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire della bella piscina, non essendo ancora stagione. Torneremo sicuramente

Castello nella campagna tosacana

Questa struttura contiene diversi appartamenti per 2-4 persone ed è stato restaurato mantenendo ciò che era dell'epoca e arredato in sitle antico e moderno, molto fashion. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ed è stato molto bello e la tranquillità del luogo ha contribuito al rilassamento. Ottima colazione con personale molto cordiale e attento. Il luogo è molto comodo per accedere a tutti i borghi dei paesini limitrofi quindi molto consigliato per le escursioni locali. Rapporto qualità-prezzo: molto buono.

Really lovely piece of paradise in Tuscany.

We were very excited when we rolled up here. it was set in the lovely scenic hills of Tuscany. You defiantly need a car to get around. The town close by is really sweet and the pizza's were lovely (in the town square) The staff were very friendly upon arrival and throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed. The pool was refreshing after a long day of sight seeing. It's a great place to pivot from! Really lovely piece of paradise in Tuscany.

Un bel Week-end.

Abbiamo pernottato qui per un week-end alle terme. Struttura d'epoca con piscina ed ampio giardino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era spaziosa e arredata con cura. Ottima la colazione. Un posto ideale anche per chi ama la tranquillità.

Very disappointing

On paper this place should be fabulous, a converted castle, lovely pool, centrally placed for visiting Tuscany, but do many things let it down baldly. The rooms are basic, rock hard beds, poorly thought through conversion even though we had the Imperial Suite! We had 8 light bulbs not working in a naturally dark suite, told the staff about it on the first day, but only 4 were changed on our 4th day! Breakfasts were appalling, stale bread and cakes served day after day, old wizened fruit, on our last day no pastries or eggs at all and although we were at breakfast for 9.15 when it finished at 10am, we were pressurised out with the staff packing away the breakfast dishes - outrageous! The worst point was that the family and their friends descended on the relatively small pool every afternoon essentially taking up all the loungers and making IT uncomfortable to use. The final straw was the monthly party we were not told about, it was scheduled until 3am right outside our window.... shocking!! I would not recommend this to anyone.

Mooi hotel interessant gebouw. Oud kasteeltje. Prijs kwaliteitsvertoning erg goed. Prima ontbijt. Moet wel een paar trappen op met alle bagage, maar dat vonden we niet erg. Een nachtje geslapen om de filedruk te omzeilen richting zuiden. Prima hotel direct aan de snelweg dus uitstekend te bereiken. Aanrader. Mooi zwembad erbij.

Ein ungewöhnliches Hotel

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Rom und brauchten eine Unterkunft nicht zu weit entfernt von Rom, hatten aber auch die Anreise aus München zu bedenken. Die Überraschung war dann groß, als wir die wirklich ungewöhnlichen Zimmer sahen - nicht übermäßig viel Komfort, aber sauber und nicht alltäglich. Frühstück ist einfach, aber für landestypische Verhältnisse umfangreich. Schwierig ist die Anfahrt, vorallem im Dunkeln, das Navi hilft nicht, da man die Adresse nicht eingeben kann. Störend ist die nahe Straße, auf der eigentlich immer Verkehr zu sein schien.

Magnifique !

Hotel impeccable et très dépaysant ! Un vrai petit château toscan. Chambre très propre et spacieuse, piscine magnifique, personnel agréable. Hotel très bien situé si on visite la Toscane en voiture par contre sans voiture faut oublier car l'hôtel est à l'extérieur du village. À conseiller les yeux fermés !

Très beau complexe mais pas de service approprié

Hotel qui impressionne à l'arrivée, suite impériale immense! Grande piscine avec suffisamment de chaises longues. Par contre l'eau était verte et piscine sale. Les chambres sont propres, mais kitchenette en décoration car pas de nécessaire de cuisine et seulement 2 verres pour 4 personnes! La tv ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres. A l'arrivée pas de réel accueil contrairementà ce qu'on attend d'un tel établissement. Les propriétaires ou concierges (?) ne cadrent pas dans l'ensemble (se conduisent plus en touristes: déjeuner avec les clients, à la piscine avec des enfants en bas âge très bruyants,... ) bizarre! ? Belle vue sur la campagne Toscane, dommage d'avoir les nuisances de l'autoroute juste à côté.
