"Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :) "

"Cleaning staff on site the 17th floor were out standing, going the extra mile for us. Deva on the front desk was also outstanding, nothing was a problem, she sorted out the printing of our visas, bag tags etc. Both deserved medals Cheers Bob"
