The property is amazing and Larry was awesome. He came and met us at the resort and walked us through each step of the check-in process personally making sure there were no issues and we had everything we needed. He is super easy to get along with and very accommodating. We extended our trip and he made it a seamless process. All the staff were great and the activities offered by the resort are more extensive than any other resort in south Florida. We will definitely be coming back and booking our stay with Larry

I wish there was a 20 star rating!!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! This condo and the accompanying resort is nothing less than phenomenal. The condo itself was well appointed, exceptionally clean and wonderfully convenient. The owners personal greeting and review of the amenities was unexpected but incredibly helpful and impressive. The resort itself is wonderful with two pools and the beach. All in all, I can't think of a singled item that I think needs improvement. I wish I could give it 20 stars!! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!! We will most definitely be back.

Best condo in Florida:)

This was one of the best condos I have stayed in. Larry was extremely helpful with everything including direction to to location. The condo exceeded my expectations and was very surprised with how beautiful the area is. Checking in and out was very easy and I am looking foward to returning very soon.

Great value for luxury resort!

We rented the 2 bed 2 bath suite with the extra long balcony. Condo was in great shape, well decorated/ updated. Great views of ocean in one direction and inter coastal in the other. The staff was great and very attentive- wonderful service! Loved the ocean view from the pool too. Highly recommend staying here.

The beach access was fabulous. The condo was a great size for my family of 5 with still extra room if needed. The staff in the hotel was very attentive and accessible. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful room. We have stayed at all three of the Marriott locations in Singer Island. This is a very nice place with a great view of the bay as well as of the ocean. Our host Larry was very accommodating as we look forward to coming back again soon.

We found roaches scattering on the kitchen countertop when we came in one evening. We called the owner of the unit and he would not help us. He denied there were roaches. We shut the lights and went out on the balcony. We walked back in and now they were scattering on the floor. My family and I were horrified. We looked by the bottom of the fridge and found roach traps. We have pictures. We tried to dispute it through Expedia and they could not help us. It was a horrible experience and the owner of the unit nor Expedia helped us.

Surprise! Surprise! The condo was better than expected. The rooms and living space were all super spacious and very clean. It was perfectly positioned within the Marriott Hotel; which was the biggest surprise of all. I had almost settled for one of the rooms because I was wanting to stay at the resort. I was super excited to find out that the condo was in the hotel but privately owned. The owner made contact before and after and provided us with everything we needed to know so that we could enjoy his space, the island, and all the additional amenities of the resort. It was an awesome five days. We hated to leave. Definitely a piece of paradise over looking the ocean and beach.

Convenient and beautiful condo by the beach

Staff is amazing! Great personalities, very accommodating. Beachside location and two lively pools are what makes this condo/hotel stand out. A short drive to downtown Palm Beach and lots of nature-based activities right near by. Hotel food is a bit over-priced and very salty but that’s typical for hotels. Overall a win, we will return.
