We’ve been coming here for years, they do a great job keeping up with the property and as of October 2026 they are “refreshing the rooms” (new carpets , furniture , fixtures) unfortunately this time, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm, finally when pressed what the hold up was, they needed to stock paper products in the room, not an excuse for holding up my check in for two hours, one of the bartenders at reflections bar seemed like she was on something (pills) overall the quality of service and good employees seems to have gone down a bit in recent years. Regardless it’s still a good family friendly Marriott vacation property , you will get a mix of people paying ala carte as well as vacation club members, everyone is friendly and it’s bot an overly loud or raucous party crowd , mostly retirees and young families, we will contibue to come back but mariott needs to manage this property a little bit better, parking is food but not great (tight spaces, very few spots available)

Loved the villa and the special activities on the dining excursions were excellent! The kitchen offered all one could need. The bed was very comfy and the sheets soft and pillows varied in softness. some thing for everyone.

Overall: The room was spacious with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff was very kind except one in the cafeteria that was a little bit rude .I reserved for 3 days , and the first day no one appears to do my room, no room services , out of that the experiences was fantastic !!!!!

Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view. That said, the room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to get water or ice without going to Reflections or the Marketplace. Staff was incredibly kind, very accommodating. Pool area was beautiful, Patrice kept it very clean and was always with a smile on her face. Gio @ the beach could not have been any nicer!

Great Place. Jennifer Lane has all covered to us prior to arrive. Loved the pool and the sea. Jason Cuerdo and Irina from Sales were also great. Will be back next summer.
