For the money we spent. IMHO it was just ok. We've been on much nicer resorts for way cheaper. The front desk people were very nice. There were a few bartenders that were great and a couple that wouldn't get hired by McDonald's. Overall a average rating for the amount of money we spent for 7 days and 6 nights. Do better

Rooms were nice. Pool and outside areas could have been kept cleaner especially the steps to the slide in the pool area, kids kept slipping and getting hurt. There was also a pool light that was left outside the pool that was an electrical hazard. Outside seating was not maintained. A lot of staff sitting around on their phones. Just a handful of friendly/helpful staff. The food was good.

My family and I (24 of us) had an outstanding time. I read some of tge reviews complaining about the friendliness of the staff, parking/valet and how dated the resort was. First, everyone was delightful, friendly and helpful. Valet only is a little bit of an inconvenience but so minimal. Property seemed very well maintained. Food and drinks are pricey but good. It was great

I enjoy my day. It was My Husband’s 46 birthday and Iowa 12 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was really good especially the grits My Husband enjoyed. Thanks for the memories.

The room was very clean when we arrived and was consistently well-maintained throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh, organized, and comfortable each day. The housekeepers and all the other staff members we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location of the property was another highlight of our stay. It offered convenient and easy access to the beach, making it simple to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Being so close to the beach added greatly to our overall experience and made our vacation even more enjoyable. We had a pleasant stay and would gladly consider returning in the future.

The rooms are the main attraction here - huge, and well equipped. Ideal if you’re traveling with kids as they offer a two bedroom/two bathroom suite for an extremely reasonable price. Full kitchen also helps with snacks and breakfasts. The slide pool area was great, especially for kids, but the food offerings were limited and all pretty unhealthy. Although the staff were very friendly, almost every food order we made (at any of the restaurants) came out wrong, and there was also very limited service at the infinity pool. The kids club was great, but the hours and pricing were not great - 10-12, then they close for lunch, and then 1-3. They charge $50 for each session, so $100 for a ‘full day’ which seems excessive for a short period, especially if you have more than one kid attending. A few times they were also late in opening which was irritating given how much you pay for it. The gym is small but good enough. The spa was nice although a little dated, but I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had there so would rate it highly for that reason!

The staff were phenomenal!!! But there’s nothing in walking distance other than pool and beach there’s nothing to do. They don’t open the beach until 10 or 11 for you to have chairs and umbrella. They close everything beach and pools and 2 restaurants at 6. You have to have a vehicle to go to anything and you can only use valet parking that you are also charged to your room. And there’s resort fees charged to the room. The prices in the restaurant that does stay open is super high! They have 0 entertainment or anything. I will say the pools are very nice and the room was really cool. But the sliding doors for the rooms are flimsy and kept coming off the tracks.
