"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. "The Resort Is Definitely A Good To Stay At Aesthetics Wise It’s Very Nice Very Clean & The Staff Is AMAZING , The Attend To Every Need , The Only 2 Thing I Don’t Like About It Is 1 There Food They Can Have Better Choice Of Food & 2 The Pool Closing At 6pm I Don’t Like at All It’s An ADULTS ONLY The Pool Should Stay Open To At least 10pm , Other Then That The Property Is Great & I Enjoyed My Stay. "

"Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available. Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening. The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove. The steak house and Japanese restaurant provided exceptional dining experience. Good late-night burger at Sports bar. All bartenders and wait staff very friendly. Expedia staff very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times. Very pleasant experience at Grand palladium for our family vacation!"

"This was a top tier vacation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities and things to do. Staying in Reggae meant we also had access to Montego Bay, and they had a lot going on there. I’m glad we chose the Reggae option, where we had less crowded pools and beach front, but we could still access the other one if we wanted. The food was excellent with local and international options and everything was extremely tasty. I would definitely visit again "
