    Perfectly placed for enjoying a laid-back, couple-friendly stay, this modern and inviting retreat sets the scene for soaking up a relaxed, no-fuss holiday. The location couldn’t be more ideal, being just minutes away from the lakeshore and a short drive away from Sirmione.

    Inside, the air-conditioned apartment enjoys a bright and spacious living room, with accompanying kitchenette and dining area. A flat screen Smart TV offers added amusement for those relaxed evenings in.

    The bright and spacious double bedroom enjoys direct access to the private rear garden. An alfresco dining set serves up the perfect excuse to savour a tempting meal in the sun. The accessible ground floor apartment also benefits from a single private garage, for 1 car.

    The small-scale, 2-storey residence offers access to a shared on-site swimming pool (open 15th May – 15th October / Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory) and benefits from a convenient location, being 2 minutes’ walk from the lakeshore and 7 minutes’ drive from central Sirmione.

    The holiday home is located along ‘Via Turati’, placing guests within 2 minutes’ walk of the lakeshore and within easy walking distance of local amenities and eateries to complement a self-catering stay.

    The famous visitor sites of Sirmione are 7 minutes’ drive away, whilst the delights of Desenzano del Garda can be reached by car in just 12 minutes. Big kids will also find a fun-filled day out at the nearby theme parks (‘Gardaland’ for instance is only 21 minutes’ drive away).

    For those flying in, Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes’ drive away.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nur die vielen Schlüssel ohne Markierung nerven etwas:-) und es ist ziemlich dunkel. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ich habe positive aber auch negative Eindrücke. Positiv: Tolle Lage, ruhig und nahe am See. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing. Super gepflegter Pool. Zwei gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn, die wohl dauerhaft in dem Haus leben. Service der Agentur sehr gut, Manuela, die für uns zuständig war, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Negativ: Die im Prospekt beschriebene Garage war für ein normales Auto viel zu klein. Das WLAN war derart schwach, dass man es als nicht vorhanden bezeichnen muss. In dem im Prospekt beschriebener TV hatte keine deutschen oder englischen Programme. Der kleine Garten vor und hinter dem Haus war nicht gepflegt. Es fehlten Sonnenschirme und die Gartenmöbel waren teilweise defekt. Die Liegenauflagen waren dringend erneuerungsbedürftig. Wünschenswert für deutsche Gäste wäre eine Kaffeemaschine zur Zubereitung von Filterkaffee, was wir Deutschen bevorzugen. Unterm Strich war unser Aufenthalt schön. Wir würden allerdings diese Ferienwohnung erst wieder buchen, wenn die negativen Punkte beseitigt wären. Wären auch bereit, dafür einen höheren Preis zu zahlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Dieter Braun

Picobello sauberes im Retrostil eingerichtetes Apartment mit neuer Küchenzeile und neuem Bad.DerWC Sitz sollte allerdings mal getauscht werden.Die Küche ist mit Gläsern,Geschirr und Kochgeschirr sowie Spülmaschine perfekt ausgestattet.Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fussläufig in zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten zu erreichen.
