Inside, the air-conditioned apartment enjoys a bright and spacious living room, with accompanying kitchenette and dining area. A flat screen Smart TV offers added amusement for those relaxed evenings in.

The bright and spacious double bedroom enjoys direct access to the private rear garden. An alfresco dining set serves up the perfect excuse to savour a tempting meal in the sun. The accessible ground floor apartment also benefits from a single private garage, for 1 car.

The small-scale, 2-storey residence offers access to a shared on-site swimming pool (open 15th May – 15th October / Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory) and benefits from a convenient location, being 2 minutes’ walk from the lakeshore and 7 minutes’ drive from central Sirmione.

The holiday home is located along ‘Via Turati’, placing guests within 2 minutes’ walk of the lakeshore and within easy walking distance of local amenities and eateries to complement a self-catering stay.

The famous visitor sites of Sirmione are 7 minutes’ drive away, whilst the delights of Desenzano del Garda can be reached by car in just 12 minutes. Big kids will also find a fun-filled day out at the nearby theme parks (‘Gardaland’ for instance is only 21 minutes’ drive away).

For those flying in, Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes’ drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2025 to the 10th of September 2025
