Fully equipped apartment within a residential complex with shared swimming pool, in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda.The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room that features a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and American coffee maker. The living room overlooks the balcony fitted with a second table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors with a wonderful lake and pool view. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and the second with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Guests will enjoy amenities such as heating for colder days, fans, and free wi-fi.Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.*Reception is located at 27 Via Tommaso del Molin in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake.
