"Parking is easy. It was a little tricky to find the office at first. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The remote to the television didn't work. The restuarant was closed Monday even though it states they are open on Mondays on all of their ads. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall its a good place to stay, especially for the price."

"We had been on the road all day. We were welcomed and were able to check in early. For a family owned inn they had the best technology. Keyless entry and online checkout. Very clean!!"

"The hot tub and pool were large and great for kids. The room was spacious. I did have trouble with our booking using hotels.com as the staff charged my card for the entire booking rather than the hotels.com credit. But it was fixed when we checked out when I spoke with a different staff member. Also, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. One night a baby was crying all night and we got no sleep!"

"Very convenient location to downtown so you can walk to shops and restaurants, but I did not realize it was located right on the main street through town when I booked it. Overall a comfortable little cottage with all the necessities However, the bed we slept in the first night was way too soft and a bit lumpy, so we switched to the other bedroom in the front of the house for the remaining nights. That bed was comfortable, but the noise from the highway was louder. "

"Well, Shasta is a beautiful town… this is close to shops, but heavy traffic noise. Definitely not handicap friendly in the bathrooms. More important was the plumbing issues. Tubs did not drain. Was difficult with 7 guests and one shower for 4 days."

"Staff was excellent. Great location, comfortable beds and nice cabin. Only had an issue with turning off a light, it was connected to the tv too. Turn off light in bedroom it turned off tv. Easy fix, just unscrew lightbulb. Also back porch light did not work, kind of worrisome. However had all the amenities needed and beautiful location. "
