The space
This is the ultimate vacation home for your Central Oregon getaway. We are located right outside of Sisters, super peaceful 15 acer parcel that the Wychus creek runs directly through and is surrounded by mature Pine trees. Outside, you’ll find a yard with plenty of room for your kids and furry friends to roam. Both the deck and patio are situated to look out to the creek and has a hot tub, gas firepit, BBQ, outdoor dining area. This is also only a few minutes from town if you want to go out for dinner or to one of the many shops in Sisters.
Inside, you will find an abundance of amenities. Our home is newly renovated, light & bright, with an open concept floor plan perfect for entertaining large groups. You’ll walk into the front which leads you the kitchen with quality, high-end appliances and spectacular views of the river. The living room has wood burning fireplace, sofa, and chairs. The entertainment room (downstairs) has a smart TV, foosball table, games and direct access to the outside patio. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals for the whole group!
There are 5 bedrooms. One of them is an extremely spacious bunk room with two bunkbeds (sleeps 4 kids or 6’0’’ adults). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and private attached full bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has has a queen sized bed, there is a pack'n'play in the closet. Bedroom 4 is downstairs and has a full queen bed with a door that goes directly to the back patio and views of the river. Bedroom 5 is across and has a full bed as well.
The home also has central air through the ductless mini-split system, high speed internet, and a full laundry room with washer/dryer.
This is truly a special location. You will have access private creek access, make sure to watch your kids and bring life jackets as the river can be deep in spots and kids need to monitored. The neighborhood is centrally located being close to Downtown Sisters (5-7 minute drive), Black Butte Ranch (20 minute drive), Hoodoo (30 minute drive), Metolius River (15-20 minute drive), Aspen Lakes (5 minute drive) and many more lakes, rivers, and the rest that CO has to offer! **Please bring any gear you may need for these activities (i.e. swimwear, fishing poles, tennis rackets, hiking gear, etc.).
Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home and are free to enjoy the property. We do ask that guests do not go into the barn or the garage.
Other things to note
Please note that the RV's and or trailers weighing over 9,000 lbs will need to take an alternative route as you need to cross a bridge to get to the property.
