This area is located closer to the kitchen, which is completely independent and equipped with everything necessary for your stay (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob...) The entire apartment has high-speed WiFi and air conditioning.

The apartment can be accessed by elevator as it is located on the fourth floor.

- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
