Get what you pay for.. this was a last minute booking and only paid 1100 for 8 nights.. could do with a fan or air con, was great location 7 minute walk to town but other than that its not somewhere you want to chill out. Would prefer to pay a little more for extra comfort.. beds are as hard as bus stops

Pros: a spacey room, reasonably clean, comfortable bed. Cons: no air conditioning (and that's a big issue), problems with the keys (both at the entrance gate and at the private door), issues with hot water (sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt), the cool common pools have freezing cold water and no clean space around them(maybe a tiled space among the grass?), check-in 3 km far is a big no, no cafes or markets around (but the city center is not so far)

Not as bad as the reviews

Honestly I really don't see all the complains being valid. Sure, the walk to get the key wasn't super fun, but if you don't want to walk a cab is like 8€. But I do think they should have another check in service. The room was big, kind of dated and the sofa bed had seen better decades. Good shower pressure (slow drain tho), big nice balcony. Again, really good for what you are paying. Big nice pool. Location isn't the best, but definitely not the worst. Everything is a 10min walk, but then again this makes the area really calm. The only real issues we had was the lack of ac and only one small fan for the whole apartment. And the night security gard. The apartment was super warm even in September, it worked with the room with fan. But it got to warm in the rest of the apartment. The security gard I don't understand, don't speak a word of English and got mad for us for talking in the room with an open windows. I understand not being allowed loudparty in the night. But talking before sleeping should be allowed. Smal fixes would have made me okay pay with paying twice. But for now and for the price, honestly it's a solid 8,5/10

The property had an awful smell and didn't have aircon. It was hotter inside the apartment then outside and completely unbearable. It took three days to be moved to a different hotel with the same company at am extra cost of €20 per night. If you value comfort and cleanliness, book elsewhere. There is no reception and if you arrive after midnight, you have to pick up your key from a hotel 30 minutes away. Staff where very unhelpful, especially at responding to the WhatsApp number they give you.

Apartment is infested with cockroach, old furnitures, faulty bathroom and small beds. I was charged extra $87 after I've left the apartment in good condition. Thieves!!!!

Don’t stay at this hotel.

It was a worse hotel I ever stayed. NO AIR CONDITIONER!!! Spain in August. Temperature outside is 100 degrees. Inside is the same. Impossible to be in the room. Addition to that there in no soap or shampoo. WiFi was not working. Terrible experience.

Don’t do it

Check in had to be done miles away from the venue which incurred 2 extra taxi fares. Apartment wasn’t cleaned though the stay 6 days. Ants took over and I had to get rid of them myself

Don’t book this place in summer time!

Please don’t book an apartment in Sitges there is not an air conditioner and fan in every room. I booked this flat to host some friends from Barcelona. Even the reservation was made in the same day, the check in wasn’t friendly. They didn’t like it when I asked about the hotel do not have better air conditioning. Sitges was very warm and in this reservation for 5 person we had only a small fan and another one in normal size. Very warm and wasn’t possible to sleep!

So disappointed when we finally got the keys. Poor conditions. Water pouring out of fridge on arrival which flooded bathroom. Old furniture in bad condition. One pool had water in but other pool empty. Complained to Sunway Golf Resort and they moved us to another set of apartments that had just been completed but I had to pay an additional €220 there and then or stay at the San Jorge. Staff were rude, unfriendly and it was clear that they weren’t happy that I’d complained. Wouldn’t return!

Had the misfortune of arriving while 2 big events were planned for the weekend . Formula 1 and a gigantic concert.Upon arrival found out that “check in is in a hotel 2 km away,after loading the luggage and 11eu latter got this done....and another 11 euros to return.The property has no one to assist with anything so at the end of the day various groups of young people started gathering for drinking and horseplay that went on for most of the night leaving around 2 am. Requested a taxi for 6am Sunday to the airport,after 6.20 walked to a Main Street and luckily got one right away and it ended well an on time. This practice of renting apartments with check in in another location is very common in Spain and never informed about it beforehand.You get what you pay for.

I booked a 4 night stay at the Sunway Jorge in Sitges and was issued the Antonio suite which is on the main floor of the complex which is a big concern as the units are completely open and accessible by the pool and any other occupants of the apartments. This was of great concern as Barcelona is experiencing extreme heat during the months of July and august that if you don’t have AC you need to have the windows open and fans for ventilation. This unfortunately was not possible for us to open the patio doors as there was no privacy or security screens to prevent any stranger from accessing our main floor unit and the heat in the apartment was unbearable because we had to keep the doors closed at night for safety. I asked to be moved to another floors but the reception staff was not helpful or accommodating in the least. We also had a broken shower head in one of the bathrooms, the pullout was old and uncomfortable and we they didn’t not supply any soap or basic hygiene in the apartment. Also our towels were not changed the entire time we were there and I called to have them changed. Sitges is a beautiful city but the apartments was very disappointing.

Pratique mais vieillissant

Appartement simple et fonctionnel mais vieillissant. Il faut aller à l’autre bout de Sitges pour faire le check-in ce qui n’est pas très pratique surtout quand on arrive en train et vers 22h. En arrivant dans l’appartement une odeur de tabac froid nous a accueilli ! Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. L’appartement était mal isolé, on entendait marcher les gens au dessus de nous et les conversations de nos voisins. Sinon la situation permet de profiter de Sitges sans avoir besoin de véhicule.

Leider war es sehr laut die ganze Nacht. Meine Kinder und wit wurden ständig wach, nicht empfehlenswert für eine Familie. Ich empfehle den Vermietern für jede Wohnung einen Schlüsseltresor mit Code anzuschaffen. So wird es hier in Deutschland gerne gemacht. Dann entfällt der lästige Weg zum Hotel. Das Schlafsofa war leider eine Katastrophe. Gehört ausgetauscht :(. Die Pools und die Lage ist gut. Taxitransfer zum Flughafen hat super pünktlich geklappt mit Vorbestellung im Hotel.
